When I was... 16ish, and having a bit of a melt down about Jason I started writing with a black permenant marker on the back of my bedroom door.
Bits of lyrics (Puddle of Mudd - Blurry, Alanis Morisette - Perfect, Papa Roach - Last Resort....), quotes, thoughts, prayers..
As time went on i started stabbing it with a kitchen knife (lol how psycho does that sound?) and it kind of helped.
Im not recommending anyone try this because
a) you have to keep your bedroom door open all the time so you dont have to see it every second of the day
b) it pisses everyone you live with off
but when I was 18 we took the door off its hinges and burnt it in a bonfire.
